THE DECO GAUGE CLUSTER

The Deco Gauge Cluster is a custom-built instrument panel designed to fit a 1940 Ford dash.  It will also fit 1940 - 1947
Ford Trucks.  Our newest model is designed to fit 1948 thru 1950 Ford Trucks.

Each cluster comes with new AutoMeter or VDO gauges, including all senders.  The speedometer can be either
electronic or mechanical.    Classic Instruments gauges are available by special order.

At the heart of the Deco Gauge Cluster is our patented "Deco Gauge Housing", a CNC milled, one piece, faceplate and
gauge housing.  This is an exact replacement for the original Ford Gauge Housing.  

Each Deco Gauge Cluster will be custom built to the buyer's specs.  
The buyer picks the gauges, the background color, the location of
indicator lights (if desired) and whether the raised portions of the
faceplate will be polished or machine turned.  The cluster will
accommodate any 5 gauge set with a 3 1/8" or 3 3/8" speedometer.

The Deco Gauge Cluster will be delivered to you completely
assembled and ready to bolt into your original dash.

THE DECO GAUGE CLUSTER DELUXE KIT

Our kit enables a builder to create their own Deco Gauge Cluster.  

When assembled, the Deco Gauge Cluster will bolt directly into an original 1940 Ford dash.   

Our Deluxe Kit includes everything but the gauges.

The buyer will need a 5 gauge set of VDO or AutoMeter gauges
with a 3 1/8” or 3 3/8" speedometer.  

The  Deco Gauge Cluster Deluxe Kit contains:        
  • A Deco Gauge Cluster Housing  
    (The raised surfaces can be polished or machine turned)    
  • A new chromed Gauge Cluster Bezel
  • A new gauge cluster glass drilled for the speedo reset shaft       
  • Gasket material for the glass      
  • Gauge mounting hardware      
  • Two 12v LED’s for use as indicator lights        
  • Detailed instructions and template for
    building the Deco Gauge Cluster

These are exact reproductions of the original Ford Standard Gauge Cluster Glass.

The price for a Gauge Cluster Glass is $20 plus shipping.

GAUGE CLUSTER BEZEL

These are exact reproductions of the bezels used in the 1940 Ford Standard dash and in the 1940 thru
1947 Ford Trucks.  They are made of sheet metal, stamped and chromed just like Ford made them
in the '40's.
